Step 3 While-listening:
Listen to the passage and play the recorder for three times.
1st time:
Get students to give out the main idea of the passage. and let them answer the questions I ask before .
2nd time:
let students to answer some questions in activity 3and 4 . And i will praise students who got the right answer and encourage students who may have problem in understanding the passage
3rd time:
Let students check their answers and exchange their answers with their partners, and correct the errors. if necessary, I will explain to them.
And then let students to find out the important sentences and explain for them you mustn’t break anything. You must use red paper for hongbao. And then do “high and low voice” game, one group speak one sentence loudly next group speak another sentence quietly.
Purpose: Enable students to understand the given material better by answering the questions. And proper cooperation can arouse the students’ interest in English learning. “Task-based” teaching method is used here to develop the students’ ability of listening and also their ability of co-operation will be well trained.
Step 4 Post-listening:
Let ss Role play the conversation, 4 people as a group, each one has his role. I will give them 5 minutes to practice and prepare. And then ask some groups to come to the stage to act before the whole class. Whether they do it good or not, I will applaud for them. And then stress out the key vocabulary and sentence structure. Ask students to pay attention to those key points.
This step can help students to understand the whole passage deeply and apply some key words and sentences at the same time.
Step 5 Summary and Discussion
Ask students to summary what we have learned today. And let’s review the knowledge together.
I design this to enable students to practice and remember the new words and important sentences again.
Step6: Homework
I will encourage my students to write a letter to introduce Chinese tradition to their foreign friends or share it with their classmates.

At last, let me talk about my blackboard design. Which consists –parts , the first part is the topic ,the second part is the key words and sentence structure. my blackboard is logical and neat and my students can clearly see what we have learned in this class.
